    Whoever can tell you that will be a Nobel Prize winner. Heisenberg, a German physicist, was awarded the Nobel prize in physics in 1932 for developing The Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle. In essence it mathematically gives you one of two options; One, I explain where the electron is, OR two, I can explain how fast it’s going.

    So far that Principle satisfies quantum physics, wave theory, and more.
