Is it possible Ive been overtraining?

Okay so for the past month Ive been working out 6 hours a day 4 workouts a day 6 days a week for Judo. Now insead of getting better I got worse. Should I chill oput on the training a little or keep going like I was?

    yes..a decrease in athletic performance or strength is a sure sign of overtraining. overtraining occurs when the central nervous system is not allowed to fully recover from high intensity exercise. skeletal muscle recovers much faster from exercise than does the CNS. I would take at several days of from training

    Yes your way over training , try a day of rest in between.

    Yes you are overtraning, you need some rest, try to do something else instead.
