i feel that i am a good singer and i have been told so. i feel that you have to practice. one of my friends couldnt sing for nothing in the world lol. but he kept trying and at first i would think "i wish he would shut up!" but now he sounds a whole lot better. he actually has a little bit of talent. still i should say this:everything you have is a gift and you cant just learn it. some things you are born with. like ppl who dont have rhythm. u cant teach them that. or being a great artist. i cant draw to save my life.

theres a cliche that says everybody can sing. some just dont sound all too good lol. its life. we are blessed with certain things

Sing of good things not bad, sing of happy not sad. Sing, Sing a song, sing it simple to last the whole night long. Don't worry if its not good enough for anyone else to hear, just sing, sing a song.

    Hello,

yes i sing well. i've been in 2 performance groups one in (a few years ago, lol) elementary school called district chorus which you had to audition for, and the second now, in middle school called varsity singers, which is an elite performance group and only 10 ppl got in in my grade (including me). i'v also had a bunch of solos, and i've had a vocal coach. i'm an alto, and someday i hope to become a music teacher.

sorry if it sounds like bragging, but thats kinda what you asked for!

    goodluck

Yeah, and I'm 13! Wild, isn't it? I'm planning on being in choir for 2-4 years if my school/choir teacher allows it. I'm on YouTube, but when I record, my phone's microphone is weird and makes my voice sound horrible. Actually, I don't listen to my phone. What I mean is that I ignore it. It's only the mic.

My sister says I can't sing, but she sings WAY better than me. She's on YouTube, too. I tell her I can sing and I sing for her, but just walks away. I'll be happy if she'll be arrested when she gets older.

P.S. I dream of singing in a church, no matter how old I am.

P.S.S. I started singing when I was 6, though I had a kid's voice, and started singing on YouTube at age 12.

I sing pretty good, I mean people have complimented me on it. I'm a singer/songwriter actually. Just haven't been discovered, but I am hoping to be. You might not believe this but I am only 11.

I guess I'm good. I mean I take lessons, and after my second lesson they told me that I should apply for 2 competitions. And I qualified, only 10 people including me in the competition. Hundreds applied, only 10 made. So I guess thats a good start.

Heck no. I so wish I could, because I love music.

Oddly enough, my daughter is a beautiful singer--first soprano. My husband can't sing either, so we're not sure how this came about ;).
