Does anyone have wedding program templates for InDesign?
I'm looking to create a wedding program using InDesign, but I'm hoping someone has a template or an actual program they have already completed. Any help would be huge...thanks!

I urge you to stay away from MS Publisher for fear that you'll slip into unsavory ways.
HOWEVER, should you find a Publisher file you like, remember that Markzware has a Pub2ID plug-in that you can purchase to convert Publisher files to InDesign.
I agree with the first poster: if you have InDesign, a template will really stifle your creativity for your own wedding invite! You have perhaps the most wonderful layout application on the market, use it as you would a blank canvas!

If you can use InDesign, you hardly need a template. If you need a starting point, look at invitations on websites or in bridal magazines. There are so many different ways of laying the contents out... you could go very simple, or you could play around with sizes and fonts. You dont mention whether you have an image you want to use, or keep it plain. Also, have you already chosen the card stock youll use? You should do that so you know the size before you start designing it.

What you should do is go to Michaels or a similar craft store and find printable wedding programs. The cost varies from $10-$100 depending on the programs you pick. Most packs of 50 are about $25. Find the font and picture you want and test it out on a similar peice of paper to what you are picking for the programs. If you like the way it turns out, you can print whatever you want on these programs and there are instructions and tips in the packages. Cheapest and easiest way out there that I know of! You can do your invites the same way.

Try using Microsoft Publisher. It's great and has beautiful templates. Also, search the net for 'wedding programs' and you can copy and paste things.
