Divorcing Spouse?
So a friend of mine is in the midst of getting a Divorce. She has a child who lives with her and she has finally gotten her husband out of the house. Neither has filed for Divorce yet. He has no idea though that for the past 9 months she has been having an affair with another married guy from where she works. The other guys wife knows something is up and we think she knows about my friend. So question, will this effect my friend in gaining custody (not full) of her child?

No it won't. In this day and age there is so much cheating going on that it's pretty much ignored when it comes to divorces and the bottom line is the judges don't want to hear about it. The judges only concern is in the best interest of the children. If she was unfit that would be one thing but having an affair does not equal unfit. She has nothing to worry about.

No, it won't affect custody. It only affects her moral standing. What a great wife and person she is!

Yes, it very well could be and if dad has proof, he could be getting child support from your friend.
