What should i do about my relationship of 3 years and i still have trust issues?

I have been wit my boyfriend for about 3 years we have amazing times together and hes always there for me most of the time. I have trust issues with him and he really has never cheated on me but has lied about things little things which makes me feel that is he is goin to lie about the little things y not the lie about other things? ryt? Most of the time when his friends are around he treats me differently. He is 22 and im 19 he really isnt the clubbin parting type but his motto is guys are aloud to do more things than girls are because girls are vulnerable. If he calls me and I dont answer the phone hell call like 5 times but if i do that he yells screams and turns his phone because i ask him wut he was doin and he said he fell asleep and he sounds wide awake. I am stressed and upset and i dont know what do i have confronted him about my feelings multiple times and he just sais im stupid or have problems. what should i do i love him alot and sont wanna lose him but wanted treated ryt
