i need to get my email address removed from some myfreecycle cities, have too many,thanks?

If you want to unsubscribe from those Yahoo Freecycle groups, do the following steps with each group you want to leave:

Sign in to the group and click "Edit Membership" near top of page. Scroll down to bottom right side of screen. Click "Leave Group". Another screen will come up, click "Leave Group". You will then be instantly unsubscribed from the group. It might take a day or so to stop receiving messages from the group, then they will stop coming to you

I'm not sure what your question is. You basically said there was something you needed. Can't you just remove you email address from wherever it is you've given it out? Being that this is a public forum for use by it's members, you don't write to Yahoo! here. You might want to go to your group and look at available links. There's probably something there there that will solve your problem.

leaving a group via the unsubscibe e-mail is faulty, if that's the only way you can leave, you will need the help form

go to group home page and click edit membership top middle of page- bottom right click Leave Group- next page confirm and click Leave

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column check the small box - click save changes
