Where will get my 2011 property tax refund go,to my delinquent 2012 tax bill or to a creditor?
I have a creditor who has been paid what I owe them but with penalties and interest and whatever they still claim I owe the about twice what I've paid and have a lien on my tax refunds.Will my 2011 property tax refund go toward my delinquent 2012 taxes or them.
