If I live in New Hampshire and work in Massachusettes, do I have to pay MA state income tax?

    If you work in Mass, you have Mass-source income. So, yes, it's taxable to Mass (and it's the one you should be withholding for on your paycheck). New Hampshire, if it has an income tax, would give you a credit for taxes paid to Mass. (Since it doesn't, too bad.)

    Yes you have to pay Mass Tax.
