All they have to do is look around and they will see.

You can't have a creation without a Creator.

    Romans 1:19-20

"Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse"

I want truth, nothing more, nothing less.

As for your 'proof' there has been war, famine, pestilence for thousands of years before AND after this was written. The same with false Prophets.....Jesus,Mohamed the list goes on.

There are more people alive now than ever before, the world is more prosperous than ever before.

Oh and how does this PROVE the existence of God, can you disprove that there isn't a giant spaghetti monster floating out in space. Not being able to disprove someone doesn't prove it's true. I have a rock that keeps away rapist Vampires, Can you disprove that?

Source(s): By the way the fingerprint explanation is ret@rded and shows a frankly disgusting ignorance of science/biology. The bible quote you have unashamedly attached to give it credibility towards the God dellusion is (to say politely) bullsh1t and tenuous...incredibly tenuous.....so I'm still waiting for you to provide proof. KOALAS HAVE FINGERPRINTS TOO.

I want proof of things in life so I can make the best decisions for myself . I've seen the money, time and lives lost due to various scams and schemes - I don't wish to fall victim to anything like that!

If a doctor told you that you had a brain tumor and needed immediate surgery, wouldn't you want some evidence before you agreed? Likewise, before I put my entire life into the hands of any gods or religions, I must see the evidence that they are real and necessary.

It is impossible for me to believe in the bible god because the descriptions of his words and deeds do not match the character of an omnipotent deity. I find the other gods no less plausible for the same reasons, and many others.

If no cause exists there can be no effect.

If, therefore, the "first" event had no cause at all (if the big bang had no banger, for instance) then we would have something utterly unscientific as well as irrational (the whole universe popping into existence out of nothing for absolutely no reason whatsoever).

What can be more utterly unscientific than God?

If you have some, let's hear it. And the word is 'evidence'; proof is a math and logic concept.

If you're asking if I want a god to exist... a nice one, sure. The god of the bible, no way.

It is wise to seek to believe in true things. Creditable evidence is a very useful guide in making such decisions.

    Of course! Provide some!

Valid proof, mind you. Not self-referential (e.g. Bible quotes), or "reasoning" without evidence.

    Yes.

If you're going to say "the World" then I'll be forced to kick you in the ankle.

Otherwise, yes, I am open to peer-reviewed scientic "evidence" of God's existance.

only if it is god him/herself coming out and saying "Hey, I'm real" instead of only talking to people in private, away from the masses.

surely that sounds a little suspicious, does it not? the "big boss" is always behind the scenes, never seen by the masses, only by some person who then relays the message.

sorry, but its all a crock.
