When My sister and I were kids, she use to hang with me and my friends. The weirdest feeling I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE, was the day I found out she and one of my friends was having sex. I couldnt handle it. I didnt yell at him or her, but It was too much to bear mentally. I wanted to bash her in the face. It was the fact they were sneaking around and doing it that drove me crazy. Sneaks. Anytime I didnt see her or him.. i knew they were somewhere having sex.

So the answer is no its not wierd. but your brother might not like it. Brothers dont like picturing their sisters having sex at all.
