getting fat from the theighs?
Hi, i have a problem with my fat theighs and i want 2 know what's a healthy and safe workout i could do and not have 2 pay 4. And if anyone knows anything that may b good 4 me 2 eat and drink 2 keep the fat from my theighs, please mention. Thanks.

I had the same problem!!! ALL my weight went to my stomach and theighs and it was horrible.
This is what i did and it REALLY WORKS!
Do 20-30 squats in the morning and 20-30 squats at night.
Limit your diet to 1200 calories a day.
Eat LOTS of whole grain because that helps you feel fuller longer and also is great for you.
Walk everyday!!!!( if your busy do it either really early in the morning or later in the evening time) The best walk you can do is to hike! Or if you live near a hill or houses on a hill you can walk up that to the top and come back down.
This REALLY works! I had the same problem and i tried everything but this is the only thing that really worked for me!

Well losing fat depends on 2 things -- diet & exercise.
For diet, stay away from soda, juice, sweetened teas and coffees, sugary cereals, and candy. Also cut back as much as possible on bread, rice and pasta. Anything with 'white' in the name you should avoid. 'Brown' and 'whole wheat' is good. Try to drink a lot of water and try to eat smaller meals more often as opposed to just two or three larger meals.
Try the diet first and if you need help with trying to exercise, let me know.
