problem with Firefox 3.0?

From time to time, when on-line, I will get the "blue screen" when I click on some pages. I then have to shut down completely and restart. This never happened before installing Firefox 3.0. Why is this happening and what can I do to remedy it?

Try reinstalling Firefox. The problems is usually caused by a corrupt registry unit. Either it's That or you have a virus.

    Just incase if you do.

Reinstall it w/o all the plugins. I got the same problem. What I did to fix it is put it in Safe mode and kill all the plugins, then switched in to diagnostic mode. It should be able to tell you the problems right there.

If all else fails, if you got the Firefox 2.0, dub down to that, and wait until ur computer tells you it is available.

Some plugins will act stupid sometimes and computers like to be very picky and persise.

Without actually knowing what you're doing, it's hard to tell.

When you get the blue screen, write down the error code you get (0x000ABCDE), then look it up online to find what the error codes mean, and possible solutions to fixing the issue.
