OH YEAH! I went through the mint one, veldt daisies as well, wandering jew & seaside daisies, all of which took over my garden. Not bringing my Australian bottlebrush when I moved to town from the farm, leaving my St Patrick rose when I left the town for the city etc. But my biggest regret is that I can't garden anymore because of a back problem

I try to learn from my mistakes. I have moved plants to different areas in the garden when they ended up in the wrong area, either for size or for the amount of sunlight. If you don't like something, then pull it up and either move it or throw it out. If you accidentally killed something, buy a new one. The later it gets in the season, the better the deals are at the nursery, so maybe you can get a replacement plant on the cheap. Don't beat yourself up -- just make a mental note of what you should have done, and then you will know in the future. Happy gardening!

I have mistakes I made in gardening, but I don't regret trying different plants. Some plants I have tried the deer though were for them, some were outside my zone and didn't make it, others required more care than I gave them. But I enjoy gardening and trial and error is part of the process. I have only one real regret. Weeds do as well as selected plants in my yard.

I regret spending a fair amount of money and a lot of work creating a beautiful saint augustine lawn. I am one of the very few that takes good care of their lawn in my neighborhood. I should have just kept mowing the weedy grass that I had.
