The name for organisms whose sensory organs are close to their brain?

There's a specific term for organisms, like humans, who possess a significant number of their their sensory organs close to their brain. I was told what this was called in biology 101 during my first year as an undergraduate, but it's completely gone from my brain now. I think it's something like "Celephisation" but google brings up nothing when I try using that, or other permutations of that, as a keyword. Anyone got any ideas, it's been bugging me for about an hour now!

Update:

Please, for the love of ba'al, no jokes about men thinking with their genitalia, Jo Brand jokes are not welcome here!
