Does cheating scandals with candidates make you trust them less?

I have less faith in a cheating candidate because cheating is caused by a lack of self control. I do not want some one running my country that cannot control him/herself.

I think it depends on the party of the politician. OK for McCain, not OK for Clinton. I love the relationship that i have seen of Barack and Michelle Obama. It's real, not staged. I want real for once to represent this country. Wouldn't it be nice to have someone that we can relate to, someone who speaks their mind, someone who touches or winks at their partner, and someone who understands that peace and unity in the entire world are what's going to help America?

How many husbands don't cheat? I know of very few and even my father, grandfather and brothers and all my immediate cousins and most of my neighbors and friends

even I have indulged..why would a man not cheat if he could get away with it? most men do..whether you want to believe this or not..

McCain and his wife had already been separated twice before he met Cindy (look it up). And they divorced a month after he met Cindy. I would rather a man be honest and divorce his wife rather than stay married and continue to cheat (ie. Bill, JFK, FDR).

And it says something about his character that his ex-wife still goes by the last name McCain and supports his campaign. Maybe he isn't that evil after all....

Yes, but there are other factors involved in trust, and I surely trust McCain more than Obama.

All that is crap for religious people to worry about. They're all cheating on their wives too, but they need to sit in judgement of everybody else.

I don't think Cindy trusts McCain. She made him sign a pre-nup. You might also look up the Keating Five. John McCain is not someone you can trust.
