I'm interested in a new 3 br condo in la, ca. The asking price is 424k and the lowest they said they would go down is 400k. That seems fairly high given the area it is in, the economy and the house market. It seems like they should be able to negotiate more. Also, the closing costs and the h.o.a. fee seems too high. So there's this guy I met at a party and exchanged numbers with. He never called after 2 days, so I took the initiative to call him. Two weeks later, we went out on a date. I figured it went well because we held hands throughout the entire movie and when he hugged me goodnight, he held on a few seconds too long (aww lol). But the problem is he never calls me! Once I didn't call for a week so we didn't talk for a week (this happened before the date). His explanation? "You were suppose to call me back" (which I wasn't). So I'm confused. I get the feeling he's not interested but why waste time on a date? I'm just so confused! He could text or even email me but I get nothing from him. Should I just move on? I really like him but I don't want to be strung along.

I've been dating a wonderful man for a month now. I really enjoy his company but his appearance downright bothers me sometimes. I take really good care of myself and that's probably why I care so much..I am in no way shallow. But It seems like everytime I suggest something to him, he gets very offended and asks why do i care so much about how he looks. I was a passenger of a car accident. I have been having constant back pain and muscle stiffness ever since the accident. I believe the car I was in was not at fault. However, the driver refuses to give me any information regarding the accident because he's afraid of being sued. I only have the full name and license number of the driver of the car I was in. What steps should I take?

The state owed my father money so they sent a check while he was in the hospital on the respirator. My father owed back child support money for my brother who is 16. However my grandfather or either my half-brother was the person who made decisions for my father while he was ill. There was no will. How do they determine who receives the money? And what if someone has illegally spent the money already or cashed the check?

I filed a charge against someone but when the detective called, I told them I didn't want to press charges. Then I got a letter in the mail telling me my court date. I am aware that if the defendant doesn't show up they will get a warrant for their arrest. But what happens if the plaintiff doesn't show up?

How can you say you're running for president to stop unneccessary government spending but your vp has wasted over $55,000 in govt spending tagging along her daughters with her (even though they were NEVER invited to come along) to events. I want to go to Top of the World or Wolfgang Puck restaurant in Vegas. The dress code says business casual for Top of the World and casual for Wolfgang Puck. Can you explain what kind of outfit that would be. Would a cocktail dress be inappropriate? I'm really interested in wearing a dress.

I don't have a picture of it but the car is a green older car. The car was scratched with a pair of scissors so it isn't that deep. And the scratch is probably about 2 inches long. And it isn't over any ridges. How much do you think it'll cost to fix?

We've all heard about politicians cheating on their wives. (To name a few: McCain, Edwards, etc.) A lot of ppl have said thats between him and his wife but I totally disagree. As a wife, the most trusted person in your life should be your husband (theoretically). So if these candidates couldn't be trusted by their own life partners, why should I trust them? How do I know they won't screw up the country or follow their own interests?

I don't know if this question has been asked or not. I feel so bad for his wife. And the Enquirer could have gotten footage from the hotel he was seen at. I wonder why they didn't.

My ex boyfriend told the cops I scratched his car. The key witness, a lady who was no where near the car the time this happened, lied to the cops and said I did it. There was no weapons found and she was the only witness. However, she is an avid drug user and dealer. In addition, I have a witness that can attest that my ex had "drug user" behavior just a few days ago. What kind of evidence should I bring when I go to court?
