Medical. Gator-aid problem. Unable to sleep because of legs.?

When ever I drink Gator-aid (and am moving around/working) at the end of the day when I try to get some sleep, My legs wake me up with tingling in them and I cant sleep because of it. It only happens when im working/moving around a lot, and drinking Gator-aid. If I drink something else while working, I have no problems sleeping.

What is in Gator-Aid that wouild cause this problem??

Thanks

Does it really matter what ingredient could be causing it? I've isolated Gatorade as the problem, simply stop drinking it!

This may sound a little strange, but what flavor of Gatorade are you drinking? Many people have an allergy to red food coloring and don't know it. If you are drinking a red Gatorade, that may be your problem. The only other thing that comes to mind is the potassium in Gatorade. Maybe that much potassium is too much for your body to process. I think I would stick to something that doesn't have this effect on you when you are working.
