What do you think about the final 3 contestants on Next Food Network Star?? Who do you think will win?
I think Lisa's cooking is good, but sometimes too extravagant to reach common home cooks. She seems a little too uptight/intense too. Aaron is OK. His cooking seems to be good, but he has alot to learn in the way of personality. I think Adam fits comfortably inbetween the two. I think he'll win

I'm definitely a Lisa fan. I think that she is a little uptight, but I think that if she got her own show, and wasn't constantly in a rush to finish, that would go away. I LOVE her concept, and am looking forward to watching her show, so that I can bring some more elegance to the meals we have at home.
I can't believe Aaron is still in the competition. His food has been iffy throughout the show...it must taste fantastic, because it consistently looks TERRIBLE! His plating and use of color & texture are disgusting...most of what he has served would not be acceptable in a restaurant, simply due to the fact that it's brown, mushy and unappealing. On top of all that, he doesn't enunciate (I find him difficult to understand sometimes), and until this past week, has been beyond uncomfortable in front of the camera. I'm glad to see him getting better at this, but so far, I see no reason to watch his show.
Adam is fairly funny. But much like Aaron, his food is just not exciting. I might watch his show, but more for the entertainment factor, than for the opportunity to learn a new recipe.
Kelsey was my favorite from the beginning. I was really excited about her being able to show us quick and cheap meals that could taste good. And contrary to what the judges had to say, I was not at all offended by her comments about cooking school...from where I sit, that makes her an expert!
I'm hoping Lisa wins!

Lisa's personality might be a turn off for some down to earth home cooks. Her energy is a bit too intense. Although I like fine dining and gourmet food, I think she might be a bit too much on the haute couture category for the kitchen. Adam appears inconsistent. He has a charming and humurous personality, but it takes more than personality to pull off a great show. I like Aaron a lot. I think he has a lot to offer. He might be a bit uncomfortable in front of a camera, but with adequate training, he will be just fine. He took Bobby Fly's suggestions well during the last episode and did relatively well on camera. He just needs to learn to relax a bit and be himself. I'm rooting for Aaron.

I like Aaron when he's off camera. He seems to be able to cook and he's a funny real person. However, when he's on camera, he seems to tighten up and becomes shy?
Lisa seems to know how to cook, but she seems so phony. She's throwing around French words and mispronouncing them... lol... quite funny. Also, what "professional" would cook in a kitchen with heels?
Adam seems too much the jokester. He's great on camera, but he can get old really quick.
Overall, I'm cheering for Aaron.
Edit... (4:30pm EST)
I just found out and I shouldn't have looked, but the folks at Food Network accidentally posted the results so I have a pretty good idea who won.

I love that show.
Aaron has a great personalty and his cooking seems to be great but he is a little tense when the camera is in front of him.
Lisa is a great cook and a decent public speaker. But she is too crazy to be in the kitchen.
I think Adam will win it. He has great food and he entertains the camera well.

I loooove Lisa... She's my favorite...
A lot of people think she's uptight but wasn't Martha Stewart called uptight? And look how popular not only her show is but.... how popular she is...
I do have to tell ya though.... If you have "food network on demand" on the "Lifestyle On Demand" channel... you can actually see the scene where the winner is hugging someone... and all the confetti is falling from the ceiling (It's on last week's episodes scenes for this week's finale)
I won't say who it is... but you guys can see for yourself...
