I love Aveeno's sensitive skin moisturizer I wear it under my foundation and my favorite drugstore brand cosmetic line is Neutrogena.

I use Neutrogena Healthy Skin liquid makeup. I have combination skin ranging from an oily forehead to red dry around my chin. I like it better then the more expensive department store brands I have tried as well.

Most any cream to powder foundation would be good. These come in compacts. They start as a cream and as you apply it to your skin and smooth it on, they spread out to a powder like finish. They usually contain oils and can seem heavier on the skin, but they are great for dry skintypes.

Covergirl, revlon, mabeline, and max factor all have at least 1 on their cosmetic lines. Check them out.

Also, try a really good moisturizer before any standard foundation or even an oil free foundation and it should help out a bit.

    Good luck!
