Probably. Leave off the "gay", and you can count me in. I happen to like the idea of individual responsibility.

Do I understand correctly that you accept the existence of god but demand that gay republican atheists "reveal themselves and explain"?

No, but I am a straight Republican atheist that supports gay rights (namely same gender marriages and all the rights and protections that it entails).
Edit: Why in your mind would being an atheist preclude one from being a Republican? They are not mutually exclusive you know.

The only one I know of is the writer Andrew Sullivan.
A gay libertarian writer is Justin Raimondo, but he calls Republicans "The War Party".
