My dogs (a poodle and a shih-tzu) have been neutered, but every time they play around they start to hump each other. The one on the bottom never seems to care either.

What is this all about? Are they just gay?

I have very large ones (I'm not fat), and I don't see how they serve any purpose:

1. You don't need big ones to breast feed

2. They slow you down when you need to run

3. They distract men when they're trying to do their work

4. Other women ostracize you for it

Can anyone answer this question? If you don't believe in evolution, then why do you think god gave some women big ones?

Why does it involve so much hate, violence and so little sex?

I have 2 dogs (a poodle and a shih-tzu). They are both males and at least 15 times a day, the poodle mounts the shih-tzu and the shih-tzu just takes it. They love each other too. They always snuggle up close when they go do bed.They are both neutered, so this didn't change anything.

So, why won't people accept that homosexuality occurs in other animals too?

I go to school in the south. It's a very conservative area and most students I go to school with either go to church or believe in god. I never really talk about my lack of religious beliefs unless it comes up conversation and I'm asked for my opinion.

The city I used to live in was very liberal and there were a lot of atheists around/christians who didn't care that I was an atheist. Now if it gets mentioned here I get people telling me that I'm "going to hell" or tell me that I'm not really an atheist (I just don't know it yet).

Of course, I try to avoid the topic wherever possible. I know that I'm invading their "turf", so to speak. BUT, I was wanting to know how other atheists living in the south or in religious areas deal with these folks?
