Would YOU be reconciled to God?

God has made a way for this to happen...if you knew what the criteria was, would YOU take advantage of it?

Update:

Cat bunny...crazy is as crazy does. I'm offering you the best deal on the planet and thats all you can think of to say?? LOL

Update 2:

Anger directed at God /and or me is proof positive that we all desperately NEED what God has to offer.

Thank you for proving my point. Those who answered NO simply prove the point even further. There IS a solution and God HAS provided it. I, for one, am so greatful...Won't you believe and be saved?

I am, by God's grace reconciled to God!

I am so grateful, for nothing of this life compares to knowing God personally.

Oh that I might KNOW Him and the power of His resurrection.

This is my daily prayer - to know more of Him in each passing day.

    Lovely question - thankyou!

The only criteria to be reconciled with God, according to the Bible, is to accept Jesus.

    (Law)Death<--to<--reconciled is not

    be ye reconciled-->to-->Life(Grace).

    (Romans 5:10; 2Cor 5:18-20)

The first is called alienation (enemy, enmity)

The second is called reconciliation (friend)

    (John 1:17; Col 1:21)

    The first (law) imputes sin

The second (grace) does not impute sin

    (Romans 4:7,8; 1Cor 13:11; 2Cor 5:19)

    He taketh away the first,

that he might establish the second

    (Hebrews 10:9; Hebrews 13:9)

Law: press DELETE to TAKE AWAY

    Grace: press SAVE to E-STABLISH

Um no, because there is no god. People hold on to this idea of god because somehow that creates hope for them and/or it explains that which we cannot definitively explain. God is a man made concept created in our own image to control the masses. Nothing more.

This idea of god also allows people to completely shirk personal responsibility. I can do anything I want to, and as long as I believe in god I will be completely forgiven. What a load of crock for the sake of making ourselves get away, with murder (sometimes literally).

Edit: You mistake people who disagree with you with people who are angry. I'm not angry, I'm just different than you are.

People who hide behind god and cannot use actual logic to explain themselves are delusional.

    Thanks for proving my point...

Oh, and I'm thinking that you are a recovering alcoholic/sex offender/ drug addict/ sex addict/ over spender/ *your addiction here*. Since it seems that people who have reached the end of their rope or the bottom of the barrel are the ones that become the fundies and zealots.

I know what they criteria is: We need to accept Him as our God and Savior and Creator

  • You're kinda crazy, you know that? Why are you so very angry?

I've heard that "deal" countless times before, and see it for the snake-oil that it is.
