how to get rid of anti virus xp 2008 from my system?

Go into windows exployer-tools-folder options. Select show hidden files and folders. Then click on the C drive and look in the folders program files and windows. Delete antivirus 2008 files and folders. Reboot your computer and that should get rid of it. If this doesn't work then go to this website and try the process listed.

Most Antivirus programs like AVG & Avast won't remove it because it is not a virus.

run a free trial of anti virus spftwear like these. TRhen run a tune up and virus scan. Down load one of them and install it.

simply get a very good antivirus. I will recommend avast 4.8 or kaspersky 2009.

You are going to need the following programs:

ThreatFire

AVG

Spybot S&D

Download and install them and run scans with them and this will remove the problem
