My friend's body is extra warm, super hot. Does anyone know if this is a disease? Why is his body heat so hot?
He does not have a fever or anything. I just do not understand why his body temperature is that hot? does anyone have any idas?
Thanks

high metabolism, which is genetic or it could be his diet, i consume fat burning/energy giving supplements almost everyday which cause my body heat to radiate a little more than most. i found out when my partner kept pushing me away saying "you are hot"(ha, ha) i could not understand why the person i love could do this, i now realize it really is uncomfortable to be close to a person that radiates a large amount of heat. if he eats allot of food or takes any of these supplements then that may be the reason. if not then i would get it checked out it could be something else.-blurey
Source(s): i just read an article on the supplement "creatine" wich is available at g.n.c. it helps to regulate body tempature. you might want to look into it.-blurey - 1 decade ago
Fast metabolism and a low fat ratio would make his body feel warmer than you're used to. A fever can do the same, of course, but that's why they measure body temperatures internally.

Since women have a higher core temp than men, I would ask him if he's a transsexual.
