go to home depot- buy a heat gun- go home - wet the seat until it is fully wet with DISTILLED water- OR you can go to a leather specialty store in your area- buy leather conditioner- and apply- after you have either dampened the seat with water or conditioner- use the heat gun ON THE LOW SETTING in an even fashion over the leather- back and forth- keep track of where you have been- and KEEP THE HEAT GUN 2-4 inches AWAY from the seat otherwise you'll burn it- BUT the heat gun is an intense heat that will shrink the leather if used properly. You will see a slight change in color- as the leather dries and possibly afterwards permanently- especially if you used leather conditioner. If you feel you may not be up to this venture- try it on a small part of the seat first to see if you like the result (you can always take the heat gun back)

Well if your trying to shrink leather on a seat the seat must be hot and a stretched shirt would be unstretched, because of the heat like in a dryer. The seat must be leather just like the shirt. Leather is more likely to be the right enough heat which would shrink a stretched shirt. I hope I helped you. Thnx!

Sorry, you can't shrink leather once it's stretched. The only thing you could try is to take the leather off the seat, cut it down to size and then reapply it using tacks or a staple gun.

You're going to have to wear them and hope they stretch out - which is probably gonna be rough going. Next time, take them to the dry cleaner or one that does leather. Hope this helps.

Your grandmother must have been (is) pretty cool - mine was more into flowery dresses. I'd try wearing them around the house but it could be worth taking them to a specialist cleaner.
