My Blue Hubbard Squash are orange?

They are coming up orange. Do they turn colors later? Or have they cross ploinated with something else?

Lots of squash/pumkins skin turns orange. I suppose it has to do with the soil/zone/climate etc. Our Queensland Blue pumpkins do that ocassionally in Australia,so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Blue Hubbard squash are always orange inside and have a bluish grey skin when they are mature. Great for pumpkin pies.
