I wanna quit a smoke, what I should do ?

I'm 32 years old.By some bad company, I also commenced smoke. Now I smoke 20-25 cigarrets per day.I knew its harm the body but I can't stop smoking.I also try to not smoking but I couldn't succeed. So what should I do ?

    The Only best way to quit smoking is Keep a Packet of Cigratte in front of you and Concentrate on not attempting to smoke. Everytime you see that packet you should remember that you will not smoke.

    The desire of smoking should be broken apart by facing the thing in front of you. This will increase your will power and strength in yourself.

    You should increase your "WILL POWER" by using this method " Keep the packet in the range of your view and do not make a slight effort to think of smoking.

    This will help you to achieve many things in life.

    I have quit smoking in same way. You should remove your desire of smoking in this manner.

    I am 33 and I just quit smoking I did the patch and took up running. I hear so many people talk about gaining weight when they quit so I wanted to make sure that didn't happen to me. Running helped me feel healthier faster and when I got the edge to want a smoke I would just go for a run and it seemed to help take the craving away. You will find a million different answers to your question and some things will work for you and others won't just don't loose sight of your goal and keep trying you will quit in time. Make sure you are also mentally ready to quit if you don't have the right mind set you are going to quit it is so easy to just pick one up and start again. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

  • Dont use pills or those patches. Well my mom did this also and it worked for her. okay well you can not quite with in a day so what you should do is slowley stop smoking somany ciggertts a day. So you will be smoking less and less each day. Keep a chart of how many you smoke a day and such. Soon enough you should be able to quit. its not gonna be easy though REALLY hope i helped

    If you try the patch of gum or whatever you should set a quit date (i.e "I will stop smoking on August 15th"). You can smoke as you normally would up until your quit date but start using the gum or patch or whatever OTC product you choose 2 WEEKS BEFORE your quit date. There has been some research proving this to be effective.

    " I won't smoke" Repeat this in your mind...Write it in a paper and put it in the wall in your room.Psychologically it works. Your sub-conscious mind will take this and will make you to quit smoking. All the best and Peace be with you.

    Go to your doctor and ask him to prescribe you that pill they advertise on TV. My ex used it and it worked. After the first day I noticed he was smoking less. Eventually he couldn't even finish one because they made him sick.
