What do you think of this site for dancers ?

The information is good; well done, but the font and layout is a bit boring.

Put headings (bold, and maybe in a different colour) on your paragraphs, so people can easily see the information they need, and find it again later if they want to refer back to it. People should be able to one-click to the downloads from the first screen they see, especially returning customers.

Put a link to the actual downloads near the top of the page (use one of those ballerina silhouette icons), as people don't always scroll down to see if the page they have arrived at is the right one. People should be able to figure out what the page is about in a couple of seconds.

A few images to brighten things up would look good (animated sparkles, dance images etc), but they mustn't get in the way of the product marketing.

also, the Dance School of the Month positioning interferes with the main point of the website. I think you should put it in a column down the side.

This site isn't that bad.

I did some looking around on it.

And I see your charging people, to create

a CD. ( Compact Disc ), If you want to be one of the

" Best " site for dancers. I suggest taking that part off

your site. Or doing it for free. Cause people can easily create their own

on their home computer. And also, you might want to add

Myspace to your Social Network! That will help you out even more.

Try to get a forum too. So people can discuss certain dances,

etc.

You have a lot of information and thats great, and you're on the right track. I would say you just need to have not so much on the home page. Have more pages with less information so the person looking at the site isn't overwhelmed. And I would changed the overall color and design of like the background, because it looks like something I would do in my computer class in school.But I think you are off to a great start with your website and I hope for the very best with it!

Sorry but I really don't like it, it's really badly designed, there is way to much info on there and it's not easy to navigate. Get a professional web designer to do it for you, or look on http://www.thefwa.com/ for some inspiration as to what constitutes good design. It needs to be more user friendly, at the moment it's not that!
