I don't intend to be a Realtor. But I want to understand the terms in a real estate contract. I've heard there are so many terms can be confusing, like, loan origination fee, funding fee, closing cost, transfer tax, recording fees, discount points, origination points...
Is there a book or website to help buyers to understand those terms?

That question needs to be put to your local realtor association. They will probably galdly direct you to where you could get the information you want. Real estate laws change from state to state.
