Best Advice Someone Gave You???

Help ever, hurt never.

Hands that help are holier than lips that pray.

You may not always oblige; but you can speak obligingly.

Good company is important, it helps to cultivate good qualities.

A man once told me that I was very smart, but that I needed to learn to be wise.

I've always held that dear.

Basically, make sure that you take care of youself before you take care of others (I know, it also means work hard and play harder but c'mon, I had to take something a little better out of it lol)
