hate to be picky but first please edit what you say to remove typos and use PLAIN english and avoid all that jargon. Having said that there are numerous programs out there that convert any movie into an MP4 format (a quick google search will find them). You can even import using ITUNES depending on the source. Some of the free files will have a limit on file length so consider that. Also if you find a program you like consider paying for the functionality and to support the folks creating the application (yeah I know you can hack the activation codes but I don't recommend that)

itunes only can export music, like ... to mp3, if you want converting video, you need use "QuickTime Player", unless you are using PC, not Mac, then u can search a lot down-loadable for PCs. Again, QuickTime Player, your only choose, But you need buy the registration code :( which i bought long time ago, was for my phone to watch video and MTVs.
