Call of Duty 4 vs. Call of Duty 2

yeah call of duty 4 is all i played since i got it

In terms of gameplay, call of duty 4 has superior graphics and is very smooth play, it also gives a very realistic feel to it because the weapons are advanced and modern. It has a very fast pace also, with superior online play. However, personally, I liked the storyline in call of duty 2 better. In call of duty 2 you were able to develop a personal familiarity with each of your three players and squad mates. The missions seemed a bit more organized and consecutive than in cod 4 where you are jostled from the Soviet Union area suddenly to Iraq, and then back. I had call of duty 2 on the PC, and it gave me many hours of intense fun. However, now I play call of duty 4 because the graphics kick ***, and it's such a great game to play online. Why not get both? Call of duty 2 is a classic, and call of duty 4 is a fresh, action-filled multiplayer game. Both are equally good.

MW 2 had more polygons and a more advanced engine to work with. Stating that Call of Duty 4 is a better experiance than Modern Warfare 2 is complete blasphemy. You've gotta be an idiot to say something like that.

call of duty 4 is much better than call of duty 2 because call of duty 4 is more realistick and has better guns then call of duty 2

I loved call of duty 2's storyline.

i loved call of duty 4's storyline even more.

The online play for call of duty 2 isn't very good, but the storyline is.

I have cod2 cod3 and cod4.

Cod3 was the only one i disliked.

I do reccomend buying them both though if thats what you're trying to figure out.

they are in different timelines.Cofd4 is more intense and call of duty 2 is more epic.Once u play cod4 u just get hooked on and might sometime play cofd2.In the opinion d-day was the best for cod2.

Alot better but not good compared to other games like halo 3 or gta 4

Cod4 got old now I play 2. much more fun

cod4 is way better in gameplay and graphics, but i raelly hate how they ditched the WW2 story set and joined the masses of terrorists vs cops games, which we have way more than enough of right now. i really hope the next one is gonna go back to being WW2
