I'm doing Carb Cycling, I'm but I don't seem to be loosing weight. In the last three weeks I am only down 10lb

I am doing my Cardio for at least 40 min (20 before and 20 after on my weight training days) and 30 cardio on my 3 off days, with rest on Sunday. Why am I not loosing weight? What can I be doing wrong? Am I doing too much cardio? Not enough cardio?

    you are doing a good job and congrats upon the results...you have nothing to worry about...you are on the right track,so cheer up dude!

    Der ter der,,, toni,,, you cant ride a carb,,,, try riding a bicycle it might work better, what will work really good, is walk 60 min a day for 30 days ,, at a good pace , and a smile
