Mine was, too. Flippin' monkeys lol. I've never had an account reinstated, but I know of others who have. Just give it a shot; maybe you'll get lucky and Yammy will decide in your favor :)

1. Yes. I have even had accounts get suspended for no answer at all.
2. You can make an appeal.
3. Accounts are usually suspended forever.

1. Are you telling us this was your FIRST violation EVER??? Possible, if it was a GROSS violation, but not likely.
2. You can appeal. But Yahoo generally doesnt bother reversing any of its "decisions".
3. Gone forever. Congrats.

In my experience, suspended accounts are lost forever... theoretically you can get it back, but I haven't seen it happen.
