How do I get rid of wild morning glories??

My garden, luckily, has no plants or flowers yet, but is FULL of white morning glories!! They are out of control. You can't even see our birdfeeder! I can't pull them for they grow back quickly, and I can't dig up the flower bed. I heard that you can paint the leaves with bleach, but that would hurt the animals. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also, if you can come up with any "green" (environmentally friendly) ways to get rid of them, that would be great!!

They've gone to seed and they keep germinating. You'll just have to keep pulling them before they bloom and go to seed again.
