first of all cut fast food out and you need to be in a different mindset here. dont give up. basically running is the best exercise it works every thing. id try going to a gym and getting a trainer they help alot. i put my guys on a diet of meat and veggies nothing else no bread noodles potatoes nothin meat and vegies u can lose up to 15 pounds in a week if u exercise
