    Basically choose anywhere in the south pacific/indian ocean/caribbean and you should be alright!!

    I've been to Caribbean, Gambia, Sri Lanka, Maldives and India all in the wintertime and it was HOT HOT HOT!! Enjoy your hols!

    Try the Canary Islands, or Turkey, those places are usually pretty warm in Januray.
