How to remove Rear Shelf

How the heck do you take out the rear deck in the car where the back speakers are at. I can't figure it out. I want to take it out and dynamat it

i wanna cover the top and bottom of the shelf with dynamant

    You'll normally have to take the rear seat out. Both the bottom portion, and the back portion. Then you'll have access to the deck, but I normally remove the side trim panels to give myself a little extra room. Depending on the vehicle, you may have to disconnect the rear light on the rear deck.

    If you're talking about what I think you're talking about, you only dynamat immediatley around the speakers. They should pop out in the trunk, so there would be no reason to take the rear shelf out. That's how it is in my car, at least. (94 Camry)
