    No. They are hydrangea macrophylla or Mophead hydrangeas.

    Hydrangea paniculata is white and sometimes referred to as Snowball Bush.

    Those are Hydrangea macrophylla of some type. Possibly Endless Summer hydrangea.

    Panticulata have flower head that are somewhat cone shaped, rather than "mophead" style. .

    no they are H. macrophylla....

    ..mop head, florist, or endless summer hydrangeas.

    H paniculata are called peegee hydrangeas,

    and as the other answerer said paniculata hydrangeas are more cone shaped and white, as they age they turn pink then brown.
