Help, I want to get into good looking shape?

Well I am trying to get into shape. I am not over weight or anything. I just want to have good looking abbs, arms, sholders, and pexs. So if you have any eating tips and exercise routines and workouts to help me get into ggreat shape that would be soo great. thanks

    Monday = off / sports

    Tuesday = chest / back

    Wednesday = off

    Thursday = shoulder / arm

    Friday = off

    Saturday = legs / work out

    Sunday = sports
