Puberty started VERY fast!!
Ok, so im 16 and im well behind everyone else puberty wise.
I was oversea's on a school trip and suddenly some things happened quite fast. My voice did a little more cracking (even though its quite low as is).. Alot more hair and a growth spurt.
I also started taking vitamins while i was their which are from italy. So could that have been what caused it, or all this by chance or what do you guys think?

No it wasn't the cause. U were due to start puberty sooner or later so it didn't happen by chance or did u expect not to go through puberty at all?

No the vitamins would not cause the start of puberty . It is possible that because you were out of your own environment you may have been a bit stressed and the body has kicked in the start of puberty
16 is quite late to start the process , but it is not unknown and you will catch up on your mates in the years ahead

No, I don't think that the vitamins had any effect on it. It was time for you to begin, and you began with flying colors!
Congratulations! You're on your way to manhood. It's a difficult time to get used to the changes and the raging hormones, but you'll get through it.
You started a little later than most, but you're well on the way.
