Spanish Translation Questions- Future Perfect and Conditional Tenses?

USING FUTURE PERFECT

I wonder where she went.= Me pregunto dónde habrá ido

"I wonder if she wrote other stories. = Me pregunto si habrá escrito más historias.

USING THE CONDITIONAL

I wonder what time it was when he got back = Me pregunto qué hora sería cuando él regresó

Hmmm... I don't know how to explain you these tenses (well, actually the conditional is a mood, not a tense)

Future Perfect is the translation of "I will have done this". It is used to indicate that an action will have completed prior to a point of time in the future.

The Conditional Tense is the translation of "I would do this". It's one of the rare instances where the English usage matches up almost exactly with the usage in Spanish (also in French, Italian, and other similar languages).

Future pefect of "I wonder where she went" would be "I wonder where she will have gone" and will be translated,

"me pregunto donde ella habrá ido"

To form the future perfect, combine the future present conjugation of haber with the past participle of the verb.

Then, "I wonder if she would have written other stories" is translated,

"me pregunto si ella habrá escrito otros cuentos"

The conditional tense is formed by combining the stem of the future tense with the endings characteristic of the second and third conjugations of the imperfect (-ía, -ías, -ía, -íamos, -íais, -ían).

"I wonder what time it was when he got back" is not in the conditional. A sentence which is in the conditional is "I wonder what time it would have been if he had gotten back". I'm not sure if this is what you wanted.

I wonder translates to "me pregunto," however in most cases it is not really necessary to add the words to the question as it is pretty much self explanatory.....it would lead to wordiness.

I wonder where she went? =

[Me pregunto] donde se pudo haber ido?

I wonder if she wrote other stories? =

[Me pregunto] pudo haber escrito otros cuentos?

I wonder what time it was when he got back?=

[Me pregunto] que hora serian cuando regresó?

As you indicated the tenses are future perfect (the first two) and the last one being conditional, but past tense.

1."Quien sabe adonde se fue" or "Quien sabe si ella escribio otros cuentos"

2. "Quien sabe que hora seria cuando el regreso".

On 1. You are asking about an action, if an action was taken.

On 2. You know the action was taken but you want specifics concerning that action.
