This happened to me this morning. Lucky for me I was less than five minutes from home so my husband got to the scene quickly.

Thankfully you weren't hurt. This happend to my brother several years ago and though he wasn't hurt, the car was damaged pretty bad.

Yes I have. 3 different times. 2 different Volkswagens and a pick up truck. I rolled the truck when it happen. 1 Vw was a Thing and I was driving down a highway late at night and the exle nut fell off. The other VW was a bug (my room mate just adjusted the brakes for me) and I was going around a corner when the tire came off and passed me.
