I want to get the 5 in 1 fruit salad tree but I'm skeptical. Please let me know if you have grown one of your own and how well it fruits. Thanks.

3 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs8 years agoDo you like old school bugs with an exterior windshield visors?
I have a 1967 VW Bug that is an all original barn find. I rebuilt her over the last year and am driving her daily. I picked up an old EMPI windshield visor over the weekend but can not decide if I want to install it. It would require drilling holes in the roof (#8 screws) to mount it. I am not against drilling the holes because I have not finished the body work yet and tiny holes are easy enough to weld up and smooth. My car is pictured in my avatar. It is an original baby blue bug and is covered in patina (surface rust and sun baked paint). The visor is painted doo doo brown and matches the hood, more or less. So, what are your thoughts about installing a sun visor visor? The bug is not lowered. It is stock height with tiny off road tires. Eventually, I will slam it.

2 AnswersVolkswagen9 years agoWill an under the dash parcel tray fit in a VW Bug with the Empi kick panel speaker mounts?
I want to order a bamboo tray for my 67 bug but I have some 6.5" speakers mounted in Empi kick panel mounts, so I am not sure if the parcel tray will fit above the speakers. If you have both in your bug, please let me know how it fit.
Thanks!
1 AnswerVolkswagen9 years agoI am looking for information on an old Honda ATC 70.?
I have an A+ full suspension Honda 70 and I am looking for information on them. I know it was a kit manufactured in Escondido, CA. Does anyone out there know where I can find an old brochure or some old pictures of the A+ ATC 70? Mine is complete and looks to have a 200x tank on it. I am going to do a full restoration and would like to see what they looked like back in the glory days or three wheelers.
Thanks
4 AnswersMotorcycles9 years agoHow to clean the points on a Honda ATC 70?
I have an 83 ATC 70 that ran great a few years back. It sat for a while and the next time we tried to start it, it had no spark. If you know how, please tell me how to check the ignition points so I have a starting point as far as spark.
Thanks!

3 AnswersOther - Cars & Transportation9 years agoElectric supercharger, anyone ever install one on their car?
If you have, did you notice any difference in fuel economy or a gain in power?
2 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs9 years ago1600 vs 1641. What is the difference in cooling and power?
I am building a new engine for my 1967 bug this weekend so I thought I would ask others with experience what engine they prefer in a daily driver full body sedan and why. I would like answers form people who do their own work on their air cooled VWs. I realize that someone who has a 1641 installed at a shop to replace their old worn out engine will think the 1641 has a lot more power due to the fact that the old engine was tired.
Thanks.
1 AnswerVolkswagen9 years agoDoes anyone know what the black toggle switch with a red light is for on a 1969 MGB Roadster?
I picked up a little roadster the other day and have been messing around with it. I am trying to figure out if it has overdrive or not. This is my first British car so I am trying to learn the ropes. Thanks, Jon

2 AnswersPolls & Surveys1 decade agoHow many ounces of metal flake (.025) do I need to spray a Manx type buggy?
I am spraying the fenders and hood in root beer large flake, but I do not know how many ounces of flake to order. The rest of the car (inside and sides) will be done in a textured liner. Thanks in advance.
1 AnswerMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoI am looking for a way to figure out what Manx style fiberglass body I have on my 1963 VW pan. Any web sites?
My body looks like a Meyers Manx, but it is not. It looks to me like someone made a mold from a late 60's short body Meyers Manx and cloned it. It is hand laid fiberglass rather than a chopper gun glass job. Also, the dash is fiberglass and molded in too. Any links and info would help.
Thanks!
2 AnswersVolkswagen1 decade ago2002 F 350 7.3 Diesel truck with 200,000 miles. What would cause a bad misfire and lack of power?
The truck was parked facing down hill with very little fuel in the tank (the trip meter said 45 miles to empty). It started right up, pulled away from the curb and started missing. Got to the bottom of the hill and pulled over to see if it would clean out. No luck. Parked the truck and went back the next day with 5 gallons of diesel to see if it maybe sucked some air into the lines. It took about 15 minutes to get it to start again. Once it started, we limped it home (about 6 miles) and parked it. I have since changed the fuel filter, cam position sensor and pulled the valve covers to make sure the plastic injector clips did not break. Still no luck. Does anyone have an informed idea as to what might be causing the problem? Next, I am going to pull the fuel lines at the pump and make sure they are not clogged. Any good advice would be greatly appreciated.
