Not really. Well perhaps mildly due to their high water content and variety of minerals that may help water transit. Other better natural diuretics include celery, asparagus, cranberry ?(best) and parsley.

Vitamins and dietary supplements: there's some research to show that calcium, vitamin B6 and chasteberry extracts can all help with water transit.

Whats wrong? Bloated, or cystitis, or retention... i can help ive had cyctitis for years n i know quite a bit lol

I guess it is self evident that they are "dye you red" its. :-)

    Nature's lipstick and tooth whitener.

Do they encourage you to pee? I'm not sure about that, but do know that mint does.
