Kawasaki ZX11 Fuel Lights!?
I have a 1991 Kawasaki ZX11, does anyone know why there are two fuel lights, i know that they come on when you are gettin low on gas, but does one mean that you are on reserve and the other something else, with my bike, sometimes one flashes, then i drive a while and the other flashes, and sometimes they both just start flashing. any help would be appreciated...

I've had my bike 3 years and I've only seen the gas light on once. Just don't let it get low and you don't have to worry.

I just had my "new" '91 torn apart, and the harness wasn't connected. My tank sensor has 2 wires, which leads me to believe you just get a single 2-light warning, not 2 single-light sequential warnings. I tested with the bike running: short across the 2 wires on the bike-side harness, the lamps both flash.
I did not test each separately to see if the two wires correspond to the 2 lights (one wire each). If they are separate, then 2 separate warnings are possible. I may do that tonight.
