Is legend of zelda majora's mask really harder than zelda orcarina of time master quest?

Overall, Majora's Mask is hard but it is also quicker. I mean yea, you got the time limit of "three days" but you have 5 minutes after the time runs back to get back to town so it's not the time that you should worry about unless your doing a temple. However, it is worth it. It's not as good as Ocarina of Time but it is still a great game and I do recommend it. And, if you ever get really really stuck you can use a walkthrough.

OMG YES MAJORAS MASK IS WAY HARDER THEN MASTER QUEST MOSTLY BECAUSE YOU ARE FREAKEN TIMED!!! Okay so in Master Quest you can take your time and think about what you need to do next in the game but in Majoras Mask you have to think of what you must do ahead of time because you only have a three day time limit. Even when using the inverted song of time that slows down time temples like the Great Bay temple (hardest temple from any game in my opinion) take a long time and may even have to be restarted. The worst thing about this game is if you do not complete something in three days you unfortunately have to start any side quest or temple all over again which really a pain in the neck. Do not get me wrong i do recommend this game mostly because the mask and transformations are cool but be prepared when playing because you must think of everything ahead of time. You also lose items if you do not complete a certain obstacle before restarting time. Now this game is fun especially if you like a challenge and if you are very smart. So to recap yes your friends are right Majoras Mask is super hard and harder then Master Quest but it is fun and challenging. Hope I could help!

Zelda: Majora's Mask is easier than Zelda Master Quest, but just overall. Let's see. You have a 72-minute time limit. The dungeons are really hard. You have to change items a whole lot of times. The enemy music sounds much more evil. And you have to destroy a mask. However, the only hard boss is a fish thingy.

But in the Master Quest, there are more enemies, the Dodongo's Cavern goes in reverse, and the game is much more epic. All the dungeons are harder, but in a different way than Majora's Mask. And it is for masters, due to it having more dungeons.

Majora's Mask is difficult in a different way than Master Quest. Master Quest has tough puzzles, whereas Majora's Mask forces you to manage your time efficiently and think critically about certain events. If you do something wrong or miss a timed event, you might screw up something that you wanted to do. Of course, since you can always reset to the beginning of the first day, it's possible to do everything in the game.

You have to think a little more and be able to do really skilled things really fast, since there's a time limit to everything (either the three days or a timer goes up). Also, it has sooo much more subquests/sidequests to do, which also gives it it's own little mood. It's actually a very productive game and makes you feel like you're actually helping hundreds of people. But it has that dark impending doom theme to it too, which makes it one of my favorite Zelda games. Yes, I think it's more harder and nervewrecking.

YES IT IS. OoT is fun and easy, but this one is complicated and frustrating - AND you only have 3 days to play, and in Zelda time days are really short! After that you have to start over.

zelda mm was not that hard if you know what you're doing but master quest had the hardest puzzles i havn't past level 2 on that game

YES IT IS!!!! the Majoras mask quest you ahve 3 days (which is like 2hours) to win, and every time the time goes out, you have to play your ocarina and RESTART!!!! ocarina of time is VERY long, but its also VERY fun and easy.

Yes it is harder but the final boss was disappointing I thought.

its supeerr hard. master quest is way easier in my opinion. i hate not being able to take my time and relax like when i'm in temples.
