boyfriend shares time with ex spouse to take pet to training classes and competitions.?

this includes calling him when we are on vacation and frequent and lenghty conversations? Also, asking him if the two of them could go to petco and give the dog a bath. is this a little bit much?

LOL…this is a dog and not a child correct?

While I understand people love their pets, this is totally lame. Can’t they email one another? Or wait until he’s back from vacation?

Also, your boyfriend needs to learn there’s a time and place for everything. He simply needs to not answer his phone and let her leave a message…he can return the call when he’s back from vacation. Or done with dinner. Or when he’s ready.

He needs to put his foot down because she's taking this to the extreme...

If a man would put a dog before me to stay connected to his ex wife he could just forget it. The ex needs to take her dog and find somebody else with it and get on with her life. As far as her calling the ex to take the dog to petco for it's bath that is crossing the line! Enough is enough over that dam dog so tell him to make a choice over the dog or you. I understand that he may love this animal but he needs to let it go and purchase another dog at petco for himself to share with you and him.

Ummmm.... Seriously. I personally think that is a lot a bit much. I understand being friends with an ex-spouse but not hanging out with them. I would draw the line somewhere.
