If the doctor gave her the ok then go ahead and start trying again. I had a miscarriage in April and the doctor told us to wait 1 cycle before trying again and here i am now 10 weeks so i got pregnant again in June. I wish you the best of luck.

My doctor said to wait until I had two regular menstrual cycles. However, some doctors think that the body is physically ready after one month. Her chances of getting pregnant are great being after a miscarriage. I read that the greatest chances are after giving birth and after having a miscarriage. Good luck:)

after a woman miscaries she will be VERY fertile...your chances of conceving in the first 2 -3 months is usually really high.

after my d & c on June 10... i got my first period on July 28th..which means i ovulated mid June also. so i could have became pregnant right away... just keep in mine you are really fertile but every womans body is different so do not be disapointed if she doesn't get pregnant right away.

good luck to you and your wife! my doctor told me that most doctor prefer if a woman waits to have one cycle before trying to conceive again (but that is just so the doctors can calculate the due date simpler and measure the growth of the baby more accuratly) but my doctor gave me the green light whenever I FELT EMOTIONALLY ready.

    Once again... good luck!

If the Dr. gave you the ok, then by all means, try! And don't worry. Most times it's perfectly fine to try again right away after an early miscarriage.

    Good luck to you!

I think that It won't hurt trying. Anyway that's what you want, right, a baby! So I would try and see if she gets pregnant., and if it doesn't happen at least you won't be wondering.. What if we would've tried, and so on. At least you didn't wait that month. Time is gold!!!

    Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
